What are Seed Bombs?

Seed balls are small bundles of wildflower seeds, clay, and nutrients. They protect seeds from birds and harsh weather, giving them the best chance to grow into beautiful, bee-friendly flowers.

Planting your seed bombs

Spring (March–May) for summer blooms

Autumn (September–October) for earlier blooms the following year

 

Where to plant

Choose a spot with:

Plenty of sunlight 

Bare or lightly cleared soil

Space for wildflowers to grow naturally

Perfect for gardens, pots, balconies, roadside verges, or neglected patches of land.

 

 How to plant

Clear the area (remove grass or weeds if needed)

Scatter the seed bombs on top of the soil

Do not bury them - nature will do the work

Gently press them into the soil if you like

 

 Watering & care

Water regularly if the weather is dry

Otherwise, let the rain do its job 

Avoid overwatering seedd balls are designed to thrive naturally

 

 What happens next?

Seeds will germinate 

Flowers will bloom  (timing depends on season)
